Start things off which American Chopper Custom Cheese Wheels. Start things off with a nice Chopper Salad. Simply make up a fresh garden salad and serve in a motor sports themed bowl. To make the American Chopper custom cheese wheels, combine six packages softened cream cheese, eight ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 teaspoons grated onion, two teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Refrigerate until firm then shape into a ball. Flatten ball into a flat wheel. Roll cheese wheel in chopped pecans or peanuts until well coated.
Wrap in plastic and let ripen in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Take out of refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. Serve cheese ball with assorted crisp crackers.
